PLEASE READ THE CANCELLATION POLICY ENCLOSED BELOW CAREFULLY:
FIXXOO believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
Cancellation request can be made via the FIXXOO Mobile Application used to make the booking, via call at 901-550-6000 or via e-mail to email@example.com
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before the car has reached the Service Station.
In case pickup/drop service is availed, a cancellation charges of INR 250.00 will be charged once the cancellation request is accepted by FIXXOO.
In case pickup/drop service is availed, diagnosis and estimation of cost of work is done, a cancellation charge of INR 250.00 and estimation charges at 5% of the total estimate will be charged from the customer, before the vehicle is removed from FIXXOO’s workshop.
Cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the services.
In case cancellation is made via phone call, cancellation will be deemed as accepted only by FIXXOO if the user receives a confirmation e-mail/sms on the registered e-mail id/phone number. In case the e-mail/sms is not received by user, booking will stand confirmed.
